What do you mean hard to beat stock wheels. Those 6 inch wide pieces of crap wont allow even a 225 tire. Its hard not to beat that, plus a nice set of wheels will be lighter too. Why would you want to space them out a few inches...that would look retarded and pry wouldnt be safe.

why wouldn't it be safe? I would love to space mine, i like the look of the wider stance. Unltimatly i would like a nice set of deep dish wheels but spacing would look better. i like the look the wheels just slittly out of the wheel wells. just an opinion thing though. i aslo think it looks gay having the wheels set so far in the fender.

I guess I can see your point, but a good set of spacers that big are gonna cost like 200$, an then you might as well spend twice that a buy some rims. A set of FD rims and some small spacers perhaps would only be like 300$

scince im mostly gonna be autocrossing my car i bet spacing is probly a bad idea, ill just wait, i figure scince it s hard on bearings in the first place racing it around a track will just make it worse. but hey, actually if you guys can help, id like to get some wheels similar to vert wheels but 16x8s and an offset so they sit just like i explained in my prior posts.
