Source for rear lower shock bushing?

A couple of years ago I got a great deal on a set of KYB AGX because one strut was missing a bushing. Unfortunately I've been unsuccessful in finding a replacement and the bushing I installed from a stock strut now has the shock rubbing against the suspension due to an improper fit. The only company that I've found that sells replacement bushings is energy suspension but their biggest bushing is smaller than the stocker I'm using currently. Are there any other bushing companies out there that have this or am I stuck making my own bushing?

If the shock fits the Pin that it sits on Fine, but the bottom of the shock hits the spindle.just use a big washer to bring the Bottom part of the shock out from the spindle so it doesn't rub.
Some Megan shock rub the spindle.(Mine did) so I used a big washer on the Pin,then installed the shock and tightened the bolt.

cant you try and press out the bushing off the stock strut and try and put it on the agx strut?
