Something is definatly wrong somewhere on my tranny

I have a 1986 and while driving the clutch pettle likes to stick down and I usually have to pull it up with my foot to be able for the clutch to disengage. It causes most of my problems while driving in reverse. On the road its not that bad. Keep in mind the tranny has 125k on it and the clutch has 5k. Are there any cheap solutions to remedy this (I'm just a little broke).

you might have a leak in the hydrolic line of the clutch...check for leaks...also you might just have to re bleed your clutch line..try that!!

The clutch line seems to be leak free and the fluid level is full so I'm assuming that it is ok. I'll try bleeding it sometime soon if that doesn't work I'm lost here.

if bleeding doesn't help your clutch or slave cylinder might be bad...replacement or rebuild might be necessary!

your forgetting one easy thing.
On my old truck I forgo to hook the spriong back up to the pedal when I did my clutch.

That's a quick fix if your lucky. if it's not that then either bleed or a bad cylinder.
