Someone to rebuild my engine?

I need someone to rebuild my engine. I want to deliver the car and pick it up running. I live in North Central Florida. If any of you have a suggestion. I do not want to pay an arm and leg; however, I want a good job. I am willing to pay a reasonable price.

Also, any suggestions on performance mods. It is a 89 NA RX 7. Without putting on a turbo, what can I do to get more horses?

Thanks
