Hi guys,

I have been starting to restore the FC and noticed that one of these vacuum lines was disconnected. I'm not quite sure what the item is and which vacuum lines it connects to but I have a hunch it goes to those listed in the picture, but the question is which line goes to which vacuum line?

and yes, i know the engine bay is still dirty... heh

does it matter which way the vacuum lines connect on the second picture?

download your FSM from this website RotaryHeads.com - 2nd Gen RX-7 PDF Technical Manuals FC3S, look under emission section and trace all your vacuum lines. Very informative site for your FC. I hope it helps.

 

yes it can be hooked up backwards, best thing to do is see what the hose memory leads to.
