Its not the TPS, I have two good ones. One of them is less than 6 months old and I've swapped them a couple of times.

*** I checked the resistance on my injectors and the results were 16 and 15 ohms. I figure this is good.

TPS could be good. How about the connections? Is the wiring good also? It seems like your car cant handle a load. If the computer doesnt know your giving gas to handle a load and the throtle body lets air in the engine and the computer doesnt compensate with more gas, bogging stalling hesitation occurs thats what was happening in my case.

Good point, I'm gonna be doing some major retesting and inspection of this engine over the next few days. I've checked ECU inputs and outputs and they test to spec but I'm going to recheck all my grounds.

i don't think those are the fuel pressure regulator components you are talking about. on my na i used to have, the fuel pressure regulator was a metal object located at the end of the fuel rail(it is welded on), as far as tII's go, i haven't seen my fuel pressure regulator yet but i know it would be worth checking into.

Oil and gas deposits could mean that it's running rich, but more likely it means that you're not getting complete combustion. If the spark is weak/poorly timed, then it won't burn all of the gas and oil. If the turbo is that dirty, then chances are that your plugs look quite similar. Clean them off, and make sure that the igniters are connected properly. The small wire harnass under the coil/igniters can corrode, and you'll get a short. This wont effect any of the tests that you do on the assembly, but it sure will mangle the car's performance. The same goes for the CAS plug.
