Exclamation Someone help me please!!!!!!!

I have an '87 tII with about 76,000 miles. My car ont build much boost pressure, it sputters at 4000rpms and wont go any further. I checked all the intercooler hoses and tightened them. I dont know what else to do. someone please help me!!!!!!

Anyway welcome to the Forum

If your engine wont rev past the 3800-4K, then your secondaries are either clogged, fried or disconnected. The ECU has kicked in the "Safe Mode", so until you get those fixed (cleaned, replace, rewired) you wont be able to go past 4K...

on the other hand, maybe your electrical system is missing a few good grounds.....just check every electrical connection, spray some electrical connection fluid (forget its name....), and tighten them. Add some grounds to the engine, the boost sensor and the exhaust, and you'll be set....

If it won't go past 4,000 RPM, it sounds like the secondary fuel injectors are not firing at all...
