someone help me out

well i leff my lights on bat died tryed jumping it blew a main fuse and a meter fuse but now my car wants to bog wenever im sitting at a light put in the clutch and put it in 1st or second. its real slow taking off but driving its fine. a blown fuse wudnt do that right. thanks for ur help

check the voltage your alternator is putting out...it may not be sufficent and the drain might be bogging it out. Its also possible that your battery isn't quite up to task after being drained completely.

First though, check that its charging fine with a multi-meter. Verify the voltage to the battery posts and from the negative post on the batt. to the positive post on the alt. Should have over 13v at idle (ideal is 14.4v)

You need at least 13.5v at all times. Anything over 15v is dangerous.
