why do you only have 2 brake lights instead of 4. it looks kinda cool.
it would be cool to have 2 of the four on and then all four when you brake...

 

Haha.. that is exactly what happens. I cut the wire going to the inside lights so that they do not light up when the lights are on, but I didn't cut the wire that controls when they get power when you apply the brakes. I thought it was kind of cool and different to just have the two circles on, and then when you hit the brakes it really changes the back end so people take a bit more notice that you are stopping.

yes.. 8.4 is a bad time for the power he has, considering he ran 8.1 with my current setup in a much worse state of tune. I have yet to ride in his car, but if it is anything like mine, I really start moving when i get mid way into 3rd gear, which in the 1/8th is getting close to the finish depending on your launch. Plus he was having pretty bad traction problems (imagine that), which was killing his time. He is running similiar times to my friend in his turbo neon that put down 354fwhp and 395torque he had no traction till 3rd gear. I am sure that they would do much better in the 1/4.

 

Where you there that weekend, or are you talking about other tuning stuff. If you were there what car were you driving..

 

8.4 maybe weak but I haven't had the car running long enough with this power to get it down. It keeps raining when I we go to the track. Just give me a couple of more runs and I will get into the 7's with no problem.

 

Plus the track conditions were cold and wet. So hopefully this coming sunday we will get 7's.

 

Slicks and I wouldnt doubt 7's. Even drag radials (every rx7 should have a set ) Cant beat a street tire that grips like a slick.

 

What kind of exhausts to do guys have?

wazzup OPEC. i dig the vids. i get all the footage i can of your car...its so awesome. the turbo on richards car looks awfuly familiar. its the 60-1 that came off Chris's black 90 isnt it? im fairly sure it is, i think i remember chris telling me he sold it to a guy named richard. anyways yeah, that thing sounds awesome. chris made a pass on the street by us one day at a freinds house with no filter on his 60-1. it sounded mean as hell. ok well im done rambling now. later.
oh yeah, the tails mod is cool. ive seen it before somewhere, been planning on doing it to mine when i get some 89+ tails
