some reliability questions on n/a to tII on s5

so hopefully i get that gxl by the end of the month, i mean its not my choice my dad just upped and sed he wanted me to get it, but i would rather get a tII but in any case. i've read about the whole tII swap, about wat parts i need, and i just wanted to know from experienced users how reliable is this swap, will it last as long as a normal 7 would or would i need to take special care into certian apects of the car?

...Turbo engines do not last as long as NA engines, period. There's more stress on everything.

Swap over transmissions at the least, because the NA tranny will break with the extra power of the turbo motor. Mazdatrix sells a driveshaft for ~$320 to mate it to the NA rear.

Don't really know if that answers your question or not, because it was pretty vague.
