Some questions on some nipples

This week I was able to place my rebuilt engine in the rex. It's been a month since I took it out and somebody deleted my photos of where everything went. I remebered where most of the things go but I also do have some questions. I also got rid of emissions and rat nest. My first questions is where does the nipple on the center iron and near the oil filler neck go to? My second question is if I just run the two nipples on the throttle body like stock? Here's a picture of it:

Also it's a 87 TII. Thanks.

They need to be left open-vented to allow the sump to ventilate. At the very least put a couple of lengths of rubber hose on the nipples and run them under the car. A catch can would be better.

That's the thermovalve, which is responsible for holding the #2 secondary throttles closed until the engine warms up. Assuming you don't ever romp on the engine until it's warm, you can leave it as it is.
