Some questions. About tuning mostly.

Yeah. I got an 88' FC Cab Turbo, and when I get the car in better shape:
Window motors
Hood
Exhaust
New trunk lid

I will start getting the engine into better shape.
So what is the safest, easiest and OK in price in tuning the 13B? I mean, not going full on with the biggest GReddy turbine you can find and 100" catback and race porting. But more subtile.

I would say my max for HP is for now 300. I'm at original 205 (that might be EU horses, not American mustangs )

i would guess fuel pump, injectors, beefier turbo, some engine management, FMIC and so. This would also make it able to go further without changing too much. I am not interested in opening the engine just yet, so rotors, porting or anything inside the engine except the spark plugs are out of discussion.

Also, spark plugs, how much fuel can pass through the engine without being burned with old ones? I have never checked mine (I got the car 7 days ago, so.. yeah) I would like to get the fuel ignited atleast, so I know I'm not using alot of money on fuel when half of it is trying to make a swimming pool in my exhaust.

And, as I got an USDM, I got the stuff you americans love. Electronics. The biggest problem is the alarm, going off at all times. Anyone know how to get it silent? Have to cut the power from the battery to get it silent again. And it might start the next time I try starting the car again. And again.


BTW, the DRLs, how can I change the friggin (sry) lightbulb there? As Norway is pretty Hitler on lights and so, I can't have orange parking lights, so the DRLs are set as parking lights, and there is only blinkers in the park/blink-combolight now.
It seems as I have to take out the whole headlight, because the bulb is on the side, not straight into the "lighthouse"/reflector, and there is only bolts/screws on the inside, not on the outside like the park/blink reflector got.

The control for the alarm is located on the passenger's side under the glovebox next to the speaker. If it's going off at all times I would go ahead and unplug it so you're not irritating the entire neighborhood, then search the forums for some possible causes and fixes.
