some of you know about my little situation earlier.

i dont have any cats, and there are multiple block off plates on my engine. i also have a 3" turbo back. its streetported, stock turbo and intercooler pushing stock PSI.

here are my Q's:

I want to put the cats back on, and the stock turbo back and just have my catback on.

I know my airpump is deleted, in order to put stock cats back on, will i need it? does a T2 even have an airpump? lol. im just so confused and angry right now.

ill post pics of my engine back tomorrow. so you guys can help me figure out whats missing.

 

also, i my o2 sensor is in the DP but the wires were snipped??

 

Yea jones, you need the air pump if you're running the cats. I believe it helps cool them and supply fresh air... or something.

Im guessing you didnt pass the emm. test? THat sucks man...

your o2 sensor wire being snipped has something to do with it im sure! connect that biiiaaatch

 

Yeah, the air pump supplies to air to the cats. Definitely reconnect your O2 sensor, in closed loop it'll give you good fuel mileage.

I've got a J-spec air pump if you need it. Came with my J-spec s5 motor.

PS: Can't you just find some random shop and give the tester some money and tell him to pass you? Seems like a hassle, bro.
