some problems on my fc

well the first problem that for me is the most important is that whenever i drive my fc everytime i turn it off and then try to start it it won't start, i have to wait like 20 minutes or so and then it starts, it's getting annoying to wait 20 minutes to start the car again. the other problem is that my automatic seat belts don't want to go up and down anymore, one day i was driving normally then when i got in my car later the seatbelts didn't work wth?? any tips would be apreciate it.

thanks

In the USA, there is a recall on the seat belts.

On the flooding issue you need to check compression before anything else.

Then you would be looking at either leaking injectors or a bad ECU

well im sure that is not the injectors cause i put new secondaries and my primaries are working fine without any problems, icemark if it where the ecu is there anyway i can proof that is really the ecu that's bad??? a guy told me that it could be the starter but i really don't know what it is. it is strange cause a couple of weeks back i got to the dyno and i was scared it would do the same thing when i was tunning the car( you know when you turn it off to let it rest a little and then start it again). but it never happened, i was getting a lot of air from 2 fans in front of the car and 1 on top of the tmic, i could turn the car off and start it again without any problems, but as soon as i go to the street is a different story it starts to do the same thing.
