Cool Some Minor Problems

I just recently bought a 90 RX-7. It is in very good shape but there are a few problems and i dont know how to fix them... first of all... my windshield wipers only work on 1 when u put them to 2 or INT they dont work at all... and this is very distracting becuase they go so fast and if its only raining a little bit i have to turn them off and on by hand. The other problem is that every once in a while my car wont start... its only happened twice in the month i have had it... but i turn the key over and it treis to start it just wont... pumpi9ng the gas does nothing either... if i leave it sit for 10 minutes after trying it starts up the first turn of the key... and i dont know why that it... the car came without a manual so i cant look anything up and i know very little about rotary engines so i am stumped.. plz help

Please read the FAQ for FC for the info on the first question.. it has been covered countless times here, as well as there.

And you never ever ever pump the gas on a rotary engine. Doing so pretty much makes 100% sure that you will flood the engine and the car will not start... Hmmm which is also covered in the FAQ for FC at the top of this section...

Please read the FAQ for FC sticky at the top of this section, and use the search function found at the top of the page before posting!
