I was changing the battery in a turbo 2 and blew something. I put the battery in backwards. I replaced all the fuses that I blew but for some reason when I installed the battery in the right way the headlights popped up. I can't get them to go back down. any help is appreciated.. thanks

 

Did the lights go up even with the light switch in the off position?
