Some big questions bout my 13bt, S5 RX-7 *pics*

Hey, well after importing my car, there was a lot of things i didn't expect; so first my mods then my questions;

These are just the engine mods since that's all that's really important;

13btt series 5 motor,
Stock ecu but chipped
Twin TD05s
2 HKS BOVs
Trust Wastegate
4 or 6 Extra injectors
Greddy Rebic
FMIC (102mm hks drag intercooler I think)
2 Mushroom pods

Think that's it, here are a whole heap of pics:

I still have the stock fuel pump, oil cooler, radiator and the ecu has been chipped,

Right now, the intercooler is off, and only one turbo is plumbed in, and it won't make any boost at all, no matter what i do to the bleed valve (which is one of those cigarette lighter ones inside the car, which is hooked up to the wastegate) I think it's got something to do with the wastegate coming off the exhaust manifold and cause of the custom manifold with twin turbos, somethings.... happening... got no idea, such a newbie at this.

So, what would you recommend? a new fuel pump obviously, I was thinking Walbro 255lph BOLT ON 500hp? Also, a guy i know recommended plug leads to TOP GUN 1cm thick, plugs to BUR9EQ.

Also, my car is running crazy like, the oil pressure is at 56 psi, the temp is just below half, but the oil temperature according to my blitz guage is at 100-110-120 degree celcius, I also have turbo exhaust temp guages, they read around 600 degree celcius, and i have a water temp guage that doesn't move ( probably connected bad, can someone point me to a guide to installing a temp guage and oil pressure guage? as that's bad too, it just sits on the end of the scale.) Also, my oil temp guage seems to fluctuate if i use electronics.

Anyone got any ideas? And can people put up there oil temperatures and oil pressure.

Thanks

(that's a real mess of questions there, sorry)

"wow" is all I can say. (I'm just as confused as you are). I'm sure someone will come along shortly who knows what they're talking about... To risk sounding like an idiot, is that a 13bre(w?) or a custom twin turbo s5 motor??? If that's an s5 motor... wow again.

custom s5, from what i can see it wasn't a hard job, just a custom manifold and fitting intercooler is needed

Also the horn isn't physically hooked up, where are the wires from the ?ecu? is it? to go to the actual horn (the steering wheel wiring is fine)

Also, what are these parts? Could they be oil pressure/temp sensors?

Also I need pictures of exactly where to put the sensors, btw the guages are analogue.

I can get more pics if needed

You should take the turbo setup and ecu/extra inj controller/injs out.
Go standalone and start with a stock turbo, then work yourself up to the twins...
The walbro and a bigger radiator are a must, have the oil cooler flushed, go SS oil cooler lines.

I don't have too much time right now, so this reply is going to be kind terse...

Since I see stock ECU, there has to be an AFM somewhere?

I don't think you can just disconnect one turbo and make everything work - the turbo might be boosting and blowing out the other turbo that is "disconnected".

When you mean disconnected intercooler, did you remove it?
If not, the IC is blocking the radiator and oil cooler - this is typical.

Ahhh, well, even a short reply can answer good questions.

Just an update i took her out for a bit, around 90 degrees celcius oil temperature giving it to it, 80-85 normal driving, under idle the oil temp drops down to 60-50- off the scale. 56 psi driving oil pressure, 30 psi idling.

The AFM is located after the intercooler

I don't think you can just disconnect one turbo and make everything work - the turbo might be boosting and blowing out the other turbo that is "disconnected".
I really hope so

I don't actually have an intercooler on at the moment, it's just plumbed up till one turbo intake straight to the manifold till i get the intercooler refitted.

No, the 2nd turbo's not removed, but it's not connected to the plumbing, the exhaust would still be connected there though.

Also I have two hks blow off valves one on each turbo, both BOVs are connected to the bleed valve, because on turbo is disconnected, could this be the reason for no boost?

Yes, ran perfect before we replaced the front bar and removed the intercooler.
It still runs fine now, i'm just worried bout temps.

what kind of ports?
Don't know

how many miles on motor?
50000kms (unlikely)
