Soft Clutch Pedal

well i recentl replaced my na drivetrain to turbo II drivetrain . i got a used clutch in there right now which i think might b bad but i dont think that would cause a week pedal. my clutch slave cylnder is brand new and my clutch line is steelbraided and new as well. i chaged out all the fluid as well. is there anything that im forgeting that could make my clutch pedal so soft. it dosnt even have pressure to get all the way up.

Adjust the clutch pedal up as much as you can. I had the same thing happen when I swapped a turbo transmission into my vert. There must be a difference in the stroke of the turbo slave cylinder and/or how far the fingers of the pressure plate extend.
