So would this TII be a good deal? (Has a issue)

So found another TII for sale, once again same price as the other but this guy actually emails me back

It's very very clean looking white 88TII.

Anyways it's got a greddy blow off valve, an HKS turbo timer, and cold air, not that I care for that stuff, so heres the issue.

The guy says once the car warms up it idles near 100rpm and will die (of course, idk if I believe 100rpm idle and die, but I've seen my n/a idle near 300rpm and stay on )

and this is what he said q on quote

" the car runs and idles completely fine until it is totally warmed up. then when it kicks down it drops to 100rpms"

So I'm thinking vac leak or something that controls the idle, which should be a simple fix? If the motor runs fine then dies after idle but will start right up then the compression shouldnt be bad?

So anyways leme know what you think guys, the cars (ugh!) further up north from me, about 3-4hr drive at the least, and It'll have to be towed here too but hopefully someone might identify it and I can go pick er up :]
