No, I have them mounted on a set of ADVANs. I believe the offset is +42.

Every tire and rim combo will stick out of the fender with the wheel turned. That is when they hit, when any of them will hit. Whether or not you roll the fenders does not change how the rim and tire fit. All it does is prevent the tire getting ripped up a little whenever it gets knocked up into the fender. Besides I figured anyone wanting to put bigger rims and tires on there car would be smart enough to know how to prepare for them. Which includes rolling the fenders ahead of time.

Besides I never meant to call you out or imply in any way that you said this or that. If it came across as so then I am sorry. Even though you do come across harsh some times there are plenty of areas where I welcome your knowledge, and this is one of them.

I have seen that thread and read it which helped me out a bunch. Mainly reted and raising arizona which i thank for contributing.

The thing about that thread is that the information is spread out over to big an area. I dont mind going through it but alot of people obviously do because I have read there posts. So I thought I would post my own experiences with pics to help anyone out who wants or needs it.

Now you just assumed that Im going to or have left the bare metal there? Just because I havent mentioned it doesnt mean I havent already taked care of it. Its sorta like the fender rolling thing, I look at it like a given. Like one of the things that goes unmentioned whenever you do stuff.

Yeah... do us all a favor, and do just that. Try to include nude pictures, a whole lot of profanity, and at least 3 images that absolutely noone reading the thread ever wanted to see. Please get yourself banned.

For God's sake, they're WHEELS not rims. The rim is a PART of the wheel...

That is not correct.
Try and read up on this thing called "caster".
You'd be surprised on what it does and how it allows the wheel to clear the fender.

This thread is a perfect example of why I only recommend 225 wide tires safely up front.

You just went one size wider, and you're getting all kinds of interference problems that require fender rolling.

With stock springs up front, 225's are the widest you can go and it depends on the tire manufacturer as well if they will just fit or not.

With the stock springs I wouldn't want to try anything more than a 225. Also, with mustang wheels, you really should have longer wheel studs. Look at one of the first pictures, there's only about half of the threads engaged. That's DANGEROUS! There's no spacers involved, but the hub is a bunch thicker than the stockers.

8" wide is fine.
Shoot for a 8" wide +30 with a 225 wide tire, and you should be okay.

I've got 17x8 Mustang wheels (+32mm offset) and I've had 2 different sets of 225/45/17's on there and I've track driven and autocrossed the car and have never rubbed even once. I've got a stock suspension save the racing beat sways which were added after the track day. There's barely a finger width between the tire and the spring and there's not much room between the fender and the tire either, for a stock spring and fender setup, 225 is about as wide as is possible.
