so i want a custome exhaust.

i want a custome exhaust. i dont need any cats or emissions or anything. just either a true duel emptying into two fart cans or a single that drops into a fart can. the thing is, i want the header custome done too. if i was to ask someone, what would be a good price, cus i dont wanna go to some muffler shop cus i want mandrel bends.

An NA with a header really needs pre-silencers.

Your neighbors & the most lenient cops won't tolerate an NA rotary with straight pipes & bombs.

My 91NA:
Maxdatrix header kit welded up by a local muffler shop.
Header kit, pre-silencers, bombs, pipe & labor ~$300.

did it add any performance.... ok dumb qustion. i dont care how loud it is, as long as it aint too loud for the person in the cabin to tolerate. and did you use the stock pipes? arent they restrictive?

A header is really only more effective than the racing beat downpipe/presilencer combo if you are planning to switch to a carb of supercharge the car..

Racingbeat claims that they only saw 1HP difference in the Header versus the downpipe and presilencer on an EFI equipped car..

Lemme tell you.... I've driven Header'd NA/s with no Presilencer and an Re Amemiya muffler.... It was so freking loud that my head was ringing after a five mile drive.... It was frekin retarded loud.

If you just wnat some more zap and are nnot planning on supercharging or going with a carb... this is your best bet:

When I installed the duals, peak HP didn't change much, but mid RPM torque seemed obviously stronger.

My NA was stock, except for the duals & the TB mod.

yeah i saw it.
so your telling me that there is no point??? if i cant get true duels i will get the corksport and just the header, but that will put me into the deadzone money wise.
