So I replaced my PS boot...

Yeah, that was a thrill. Maybe I was doing something wrong but it was one of the most physiclly demanding things I have done in a while. That plastic boot is just small enough to make sliding over the tie rod a bitch. To get it the last little inch. I used a blow torch and just heated it a little. That boot slide very nicely. I just could not get that wire wrap to look as nice as the factor stuff. Maybe if I got some saftey wire and saftey wire pliers.

Also found my ball joints were shot. The rubber was split So has anybody gotten new ball joints? What do these things cost?

The tie rods are around 35 bucks a set. Well worth replacing.
