So I finally have another FC, fuel question

I bought an 87 Turbo when I was 16..had more problems than i wanted to deal with so i traded it off and went n/a...After a few other cars and not being satisfied, i'm finally back to the right car with the right motor..I bought another 87 Turbo, it has 3 1/4" downpipe and full exhaust, and I was also told it has an FCD and ported wastegate..My question is, are those mods okay on stock fuel? I dont have a boost guage so I dont know what PSI im at...Any help is appreciated

I would go with a bigger fuel pump, injectors, and maybe the RTEC 1.7.

I started a thread called, Thunder Fab Downpipe. Do a search, read it over.

ummm, that is definitely NOT safe. you could be boosting upwards of 12 psi, some people have even claimed to hit like, 18 psi for brief moments on the stock turbo under extreme conditions. stock ECU and injectors definitely cant handle that and you will lean out and you will blow your engine. the only thing that might help is the ported wastegate, which is hopefully keeping you down around 8-10. A boost guage, some bigger secondaries, and some sort of fuel management would be a great idea because boosting excessively on the stock fuel setup is just plain BAD.
