if its clicking, then your starter solinoid is not kicking over, if you have a extra starter swap the solinoids, or have a buddy smack the hell out of it as it could be sized, i had the same problem with my TII, i had a bunch of na starters laying around so i just robbed a solinoid off one of them and swaped the 2 and it engaged.
