So close... no fuel

Car.. 88vert s4 turbo2 swap
Just finishing up the swap. fingers were crossed cranked motor and no start. Checked for spark..good, sprayed starter fluid in the intake and she runs well at least for 2 seconds. So i went and pulled the fuel lines hoping that i just had them backwards and no fuel present... none. i went to the pump doesnt turn at all the wiring doesnt look much like the fsm is there a way to lift up the connection i have like 3 connectors but they arnt real connectors(hard to describe). picture.
so i went ahead and stripped some insulation on the red wire in the middle and tested for voltage like .3v then i tried to jump it to battary voltage nothing.. checked ground and seemed to be good. i checked the pump for resistance and had 10.31 M ohms one way and nothing the when i tried to hook up up different.
So my questions are. theres only 2 gallons of fuel. does the check ball have to be to a certain hieght before it will allow the relay to close the circuit? Also the location of the relay? and that jumper does that bypass the relay and is this the jumper? do you just bridge the connection.. if so that didnt do anything. also the subzero assist is removed it appears in the wiring diaphram in the relay but i dont know if it has an effect? and last question is the gauge also wired into there being the other 2 wires? cause the black/white strip has source voltage at it .... thanks so much guyys any help is great really want to get this project started

two gals of fuel is pretty low, but it probably should still start.

Is the AFM hooked up and which one are you using?

The jumper for the fuel pump is the yellow two wire connector on the passengers strut tower under hood. With the Key on, you should hear fuel running through the rails if the two wires in the yellow plug are jumper'd

Did you use a Jspec motor? If so you will need to reverse the fuel lines as Jspec rils feed backwards to US spec

The AFM is hooked up. The jumper (if thats it in the second pic) was bridged and still nothing at pump. Even went with straight batt voltage to the pump an nothing. No its a US and there was no pressure at the lines at all, not even any fuel. does anyone known the location of the main relay, and the fuel pump relay(if there is one) the car makes a lound click when going into the on position but no power to radio or gauges(exception is temp goes to hot then back down.... the haynes manuel says that the fuel pump b+ voltage is the blue wire. whereas the fsm says its the red wire. either way we have tried jumping to both and have gotten nothing and with the jumper wire theres nothing at either with key on run... any help guys please and thanks so much she sounds so good but the starter fluid on last for 2 seconds.

yea i just beat the pump alittle and now theres fuel pressure i just have to make a little adapter tomorrow cause its still not running i dont think theres enough pressure. using starting fluid it runs and sounds nice till you stop spraying it then it dies so im def not getting enough fuel. also my o2 sensor isnt hooked up cause this motors used and i think someone felt it neccesary to chop at the harness for me.. other then that shes doing really good im gonna test pressure tomorrow and i have a 255lph pump but its 300 miles away.

The power for the pump is the black/white wire on the pump half of the plug which mates with a large BLUE on the chassis side. Large BLUE is fuel pump power.

BLACK is gnd.

The other wires are for fuel low/level etc.

thanks hailers.. tested the fuel pressure 60psi koeo didnt drop pressure when cranking either. pretty sure the problem is the fuel injectors. gonna check that out more next time i come out here i have to replace the lower intake anyopne one of the screws that holds on the rail broke the mount on the intake. the pump for some reason keeps runnning when the key is in the run position and the jumper is no longer bridged.
