So called STICKYS on top of page
Why not dump those useless stickys that you've got on the top of the page taking up room, and put a useful sticky on top?????? One that gives the url to the factory service manuals. Something useful for a change. Its clear that there are a number of people that know not about how to access the free download of the factory service manual. Give 'em a break.

i think the groupe buy sticky needs to go(obviously to the group buy section!), and the rate worthy threads sticky needs to go. the others are useful.
i think there should be another sticky named something like "most common questions". just a quick description, and a link to the topic on the forum(turbo installs, auto/manual conversions, ect....)
when something new comes up that should be added, just edit and repost.
make things easier for new people and avoid the same questions all the time.

OTOH, how about a 2nd Gen specific FAQ covering stuff that isn't generally on 7 FAQ sites? Things that come up pretty much weekly? Like MMO, engine oil choices, pre-mixing fuel and common cooling probs (including recommended e-fans.) It could also list recommended aftermarket parts, and suggest when OEM is the best choice (rad caps, thermostats) and when cheaper options of comparable quality are available.
I think I'm arguing with myself...
Just some suggestions from my continually exhausted brain...

Why do you call it "the group buy that can't happen?" That is stickied because Jason (you know, the guy that PAYS MOST OF THE BILLS FOR THIS FORUM) wants it there.
