hey all. i bought this one about 7 years ago and have been building it ever since. it made 216whp with the turbo rotors, and is getting the N/A ones put in this build for a hopeful 235. Its got some real noteable mods, like triple adjustable JRZ suspension, full awr pillowball/links, and a 7's only cage that replaced the back towers with blocks that tie into the cage. Some other mods include a mazdacomp miata type I torsen, and chopped manifolds. Its been fully modded and rebuilt. Instead of going turbo I kept raising the ceiling on the chassis itself. Partly as a throwback to the old N/A rotary, partly because turbo takes dollars, has heating issues, and always seems to become the new focus of the vehicle. I figure, if i go turbo, the car'll be ready for it! its about the speed of an s2000. I dont know if ill be keeping it past next year, though!

also i like it NA because it does well against other ~200hp cars and its reaching the max speed for the front end at turn in, but i can floor it the rest of the time because of the back end being designed for turbo + rotary smoothness, while achieving angle with the miata torsen/sway/allignment. the NA setup is also really light/balanced! but that cage is pretty serious and a turbo would love the load. plus i can fit 255 or 275 all day with the panspeeds. maybe one day...
