Snap goes the Transmission/clutch flywheel question

so i go to take off today, and hear a loud snap, and then my tranny is making very interesting noises. basically i've lost 1st completely. 2nd-5th and reverse are still usable but i'm thinking i ought to replace the tranny anyway because it may just lock up anytime with all those little parts floating around in there. anyway, ya'll have any suggestions for a clutch/flywhee/pp combo i figgure while i'm in there i ought to get that **** replaced too. i was thinking of the aluminum or steel flywheel from MT and not sure on what disk to get. and would staying with the stock PP be fine, generally i'm nice to it. i'm just looking for something with more holding power than the stock disk cause it doesn't like it if i try and launch on it(which i don't cause it doesn't like it)

umm i would go with and ACT or a centerforce i know centerforce has a full clutch kit, and the RB Aluminum Flywheel is real nice.
