smoking-any ideas?

I just replaced the oil cooler lines. put everything back together , refilled oil and coolant. When I started the car the coolant buzzer came on. no biggie kept adding coolant till it stopped. I noticed some smoke, not heavy smoke, kinda like what you'd see if it were burning some junk off the pipes or something. I shut it down and let it sit while I checked for leaks and such or maybe I just spilled a bunch of coolant on the engine. I couldn't find anything but a small oil drip from the back banjo bolt oil line. I restarted the car let it run for a bit and get warm. The engine sounds fine and I am getting no warning lights. after about 15 minutes I shut the car off and noticed more smoke coming from the passenger side under the engine. It looks like the smoke is coming from the header(?) there is a box that goes to the cat so I'm assuming that's what it is. The smoke is coming primarily from here. it's not thick and it doesn't start until after the car has been running for a few minutes. I didn't notice it before I changed the oil lines. Kinda scratching my head. If anyone has any ideas.

Search for leaks. If nothing comes up, let it burn off.

I let it run for about 20 minutes or so then drove it around the neighborhood for maybe ten more. When I stopped again at my house the coolant light cut on for a second and it was smoking quite a bit. Open the hood and smoke was coming out of the bottom right side. My friend said it smells like gasket sealer burning. It continues to smoke for 5 minutes or so after it is shut off. The temperature never rises above 1/3 or so. I did replace all the fuel lines and may have used to much gasket sealer.

Oh I didn't find any Leaks other than the small oil drip from the rear oil line just needed tightening. No coolant is leaking that I can see and the levels were at full still when I was done driving
