smoke out exhaust from replaced turbo or cat?

Hey guys I have a question for you. I blew the turbo in my car and repleced it with another one.

It boosts fine and does not smoke at all till I get on the gas.

The old turbo cooked the hot side seal and puked oil so bad it was dripping out the tail pipes.
When I get on the gas does the exhaust temp get high enough to burn all the oil in the cat?
This oil does NOT smell like burning oil, more like rotten burning oil.

How do i know if this used turbo I just put in is leaking or not? Am I just burning up all the oil in the cat?

PS.. it DOES NOT smoke at all when started and idleing, only when I get it nice and hot.

Thanks guys!
