Smoke from oil cap and turbo

Well my turbo is smoking and my oil cap is smoking, what the heck is going on!

Unfortunately, my mind powers don't work across the internet SO.....
How about a little bit more description. Where there is smoke, there is fire so you may be burning more oil than you want to be.

Their is smoke coming off the top of the turbo, strait off were the oil feed is so I think that could be the culprit, BUT when I open my oil cap the same smelling smoke comes out and with the oil cap off the smoke clears quicker.

A pic would be helpful. There are a few diffrent area's the oil could be coming from. If you want to replace the gasket just buy some gasketmaterial and cut a new one. The metal lines can be bent a little so you can just move it and replace.
