Smog test results
My na s4 FC smog test results
15mph
1851rpm 14.3co2% 0.5O2% 119HC max 121HC .41CO% max .76 78NO max 807
25mph
2968rpm 14.6CO2% 14.6O2% 96HC max 96HC .19CO% max .65 61NO max 746
Am i running rich? HC is unburned oil yes or no?? Any input would be great thanks!!

hmm.. the only problem i had when i did smog was my high HC levels, The max was 141 at 15MPH and 161 at 25MPH my numbers were 141 at 15MPH and 161 at 25MPH. Right on the dot barely passed.
So I would fit in to the Run-in converter, tune-up, oil-change catagory.
BTW, what is a "Run-in converter"? (sorry for threatjacking)

sounds like the ACV or air pump is not working
Run-in converter, means the converter is failing to fully convert... and that is caused by lack of extra air or actual break down of the elements.
