I have cheapturbos "Blowzilla" T4/GT35 .96 turbin and
.70 compressor.
I´ve almost finished my manifold, using
an Tial 38mm wastegate. I wounder what you guys
think, if it´s to small... If so I will go for a bigger one and
redo my mani! any experience of this setup?

Thanks

I think its too small. Go with a 42 or 50mm, I will be running a T-66 setup and will be going larger than 38mm.

35mm is what you can get the stock turbo wastegate with porting, so I would think that a 40-50 would be more preferable. I am going to go with a 44-50 myself.

Try it and report back to us.
I know Tial is touting their new WG design is supposed to work more efficiently, so their 38mm WG works just as well as their old 42mm or other competitors at around the same size.
This also is highly dependent on your turbo exhaust manifold design.
hIGGI is running a HKS GT 60mm, and it controls the GT3540 perfectly.

Thanks for the information! I´m thinking of going
with the Tial 46mm instead. I like to play it as safe as
it can be and what I´ve understod the Tial 46mm i
a great piece that will survive the heat.
Any experience of Tials blow off?

From what Ive heard, they are great BOV's, i have no idea what they sound like but they are rumored to hold boost very well.

I had a 46 but I wasn't able to run it before someone else wanted to buy it off of me.

I've had direct experience with the 46's, and they work perfectly!

I usually recommend the HKS 50mm Race, HKS GT 50mm or 60mm, or the Tial 46mm wastegates for big power 13B's.
