Sleepy Eyes

Anyone out there know how to adjust the headlights to make them have the sleepy eyed look?

God damnit!

First of all, use the search function. All of the topics i've seen you post will be there if you just look instead of requesting spoon feeding.

On top of that, that mod is illegal in most states because of lamp height laws. Its dangerous if you use it at night, and idiotic if you do it in the day.

You net nothing because you have to sacrifice safety for marginaly lowered drag.

I'd put my self before any pedestrian short of a child.

In the day you're supposed to have them down anyhow so pedestrians should be fine. If you're in a situation where pedestrians are endangered by your car, you're probably being negligent(sp?) in your driving.

Hell yea bro! I'm an American Soldier too, and i live in Alabama now and dont give a damn about any laws here cause really all they care about is loud exhaust, so under neath the very bottom of the car, directly under the headlights you'll see a very little **** looking thing you turn that to adjust how high or how low you want them but before doing that remove the fuse under the hood, the farthest one to the right looking down from the front of the car, take that out and then adjust with the ****, but you really can't see crap at night....unless at night you just put the fuse back in.....and at day adjust them all over again....now was that too hard? To be nice and help a fellow 2nd Gen out? Dang! I mean as if!

Pop open the fuse box on the RHS inside the engine bay, should be a fuse labeled 'retractor' or something. If this fuse is removed when the lights are in the process of moving up or down they will stop.

Now tie a piece of string to this fuse, pop headlights up and then down, pull string when they are on the way down, timing is really important for this part.

Or just get a friend to help

Once again, Ruff, there goes that attitude...

Try NOT disrespecting you're elders once in a while, m'kay?

Broken headlights, flames, underglow neons...oh, did I say that outloud?

Its easier to pop the fuse out, then reach under the car under neath the headlights... there is a little **** you can turn to raise the headlights slowly. Once you pop the fuse back in, the headlights will go back to normal.

I ran sleepy eyes for a few hours when bored one day, just to see how they'd look. It looks retarded, but if you feel like it, its your car.

Elders? Are you over 60? If so then yes you are an elder. As far as my car is concerned...I have no "broken" anything. Nor do I have under glow neons. They are LEDs. As far as my flames are concerned, its original and other sdont have them so why not? will they stay there? Probably not cause i have changed the color of the color to find a style that I like...again...I like......

give it a try
