Lightbulb sleepy eye set-up

does anybody know if there's a way to set the headlights to the sleepy eye position without buyin the kit? cuz thats around 80 or 90bux so i was thinkin....alright when u try to adjust it manually at whatever height u want it at...0-80% up or whatever..it automatically opens then closes or closes then opens due to the motor that makes it only stay completly up or down, so what if i were to cut that wire ...shouldnt it then be able to adjust manually at whatever height? i really wanna get the sleepy eyes, i love the nice clean/drifting look. and i think this cheap lil way should work

pull the retractor fuse instead of cutting the wire. I'm not a fan of the sleepy eye look, but for whatever reason my girl is, and my friday nights are defintely worth having my headlights half up all the time, so that's what I did. (hell so far she's even made me breakfast every morning... see how long that lasts)

Please search. This has been covered many times, and generally starts flame wars.

Be aware that most people think "sleepy eye" looks stupid, and it seriously reduces the light from the headlights at night.
