ebay, or some jap part importing site. But the best and cheapest way is to search for the like 4 page thread on the sleepy eye mod(im trying to find it for myself too!)

just pull the headlight fuse when the lights are halfway down u dont need a "kit" unless your doing away with the pop up lights all together

its not the head light fuse its the retractors fuse. its the very last one in the fuse box
