Smile slave cylinder and master cylinder

hey guys i have a 86 13b non turbo and my clutch is really soft and it sticks to the floor, my question is..what are the steps on replacing the slave and master cylinder?
i heard its a lot cheaper to rebuild them vs buying new. any input would be appreciated.

Remove bad parts, put on good parts, fill with fluid, bleed. Rebuilding them is really hit or miss. I prefer to purchase quality replacements (like OEM) or they seem to die within months.

The master is bolted through the firewall, the bolts are inside the car. The slave is bolted to the transmission. Now's a great time to get a stainless steel clutch line as well.
