I even looked in Japanese. Still nothing except a few tidbits. But nothing technical.

ok, this is strange. Iv heard so many different sizes now.

i first heard it had 800x4.

then i heard it was the same as a stock FD.

now i hear 550x4.

All twin-turbo 13B's and 20B's (FD RX-7 and JC Cosmo) have 550cc/min primaries and 850cc/min secondaries. They can't be used on any pre-92 engines because they're side-feed instead of top-feed.

I have a 13B-RE and the primaries are side-feed and secondaries are top feed. I didn't know that secondaries were 850cc, I though it was 550 cc all around.

That's actually wrong.

550 high impedence side feeds for primaries
550 high impedence top feeds for secondaries

Applies to all JC3S and HC3S 1989-1996 Cosmos

^^ Ted's correct. 4x550 -- the side feeds are similar to FD secondary side feeds. Similar enough that I'm swapping in 850cc FD secondaries into the primary positions on my RE. Using a slightly machined FD primary rail though...

There was no US-spec RE. Only the REW has a US-spec counterpart, and I don't believe there are any differences (correct me if I'm wrong).
