Silver Anniversery?

Was there ever a production 2nd gen TII that had dual hood scoops?

I keep talkin to a teacher from my old high school. He says he had a anniversery 2nd gen that was twin turbo (easily mistakable with the name Turbo II) but he also said it was a 6 speed and had dual hood scoops. And dual boost gauges, one per turbo. Is there even such a hood? or is this car even possible?

All I know is that the 10AE came ONLY in the Crystal White or what ever it was called and I think it was the same equipment as the TII other than all the White stuff... wheels, paint, other things......

Let me know if I said something wrong, quick correction is the best fix.

Your teacher is full of shiat...

The AE's only came in white, never had dual hood scoops, never had twin turbo, never had two boost gauges, and never had 6 speed trannies.

The only 6 speed tranny that would POSSIBLY work is the supra one, and even still there will be tens of thousands of dollars dropped in to make it work with the rx7

I looked at his last thread on this subject and that time he was selling a car. I wonder what's for sale this time?

Chuck

P.S. Last time it was a friends previous car, this time a teacher told him about it.

boy you FC boys are so uptight. i was just wondering about the dual hood scoops really, cause he made a specific comment to me about it yesterday. you guys must not have much excitement in here.

i know he's not lying on purpose. he thought it was a 25th anniversery at first...which would make it impossible. i was just trying to figure out how he could have mistaken an aftermarket part or something. i guess i'll keep to my FD section, they are alot nicer over there.

oh btw, he doesnt even own the car anymore, so its not like he's bragging on his car. i guess he just mixed up a 10th AE Turbo II for a twin turbo 6 speed. but whatever, flame away ******.

Right... because FD TT's came with 6 speeds... and because they came stock with two boost gauges, one is neccesary per turbo every turbo after all? ... and because they came with hood scoops... and because 1979+25=2004, yet somehow, he owns one...

The guy is full of **** whether you like it or not. I don't care how trusted this "source" appears to be. No such car is in existance. Deal with it. There's no need for a thread in every forum for it. You've been told countless times that he's wrong.
