Is this a sign my ENGINE MOUNT is toast?

Ok, my car vibrates at idle...shakes a bit. So I opened the hood with the engine off and put my hand on the power steering belt area at the top of the engine and I pushed down on it with mild force...the engine dips down a tad...I can actually move the engine down with just a tiny bit of pressure on the engine!!! I tried the same thing on the PASSENGER side, I put my hand on the BAC and pushed down, didn't move down much at all. SO WHAT'S UP?...the driver side mount is broken?

Is the engine mount something that can be easily removed? I remember the last time I crawled underneath my car to do my oil change, I noticed 2 dish like round mounts on the bottom of the engine...these are IT right?

Is the Engine in a T2 suposed to move about?

Mine does'nt move down but if you get hold of the stearing pump you can move it about.

This can not be right can it?
