Side seals and alot of smoke...

Yeah im pretty sure my side seals could be going. i rev up and a crapload of smoke bellows out, before it just used to be fire comeing out of the 2.25" manifold back straight pipe now its a combo of both.

202,234 miles on it.

Don't wait!!! When it ***** an Apex you'll be spending alot more. Rebuild kits are cheap untill you price a rotor housing!

Oil seals, not side seals. Side seals hold compression on the face of the rotor, oil seals hold oil from getting into the combustion chamber. When they wear, oil leaks past and gets in anyway, causing smoke.

i also found that my spark plugs had been black for the longest times, i didnt notice as much smoke before when i cleaned my plugs but i got lazy and every time i took it to the track after i didnt clean the plugs.
