Unhappy should I or shouldn't I?????

well the situation is that I had some tires put on and the monkey doing didn't block the feet on they hydrolic lift. so... the car was balancing on my exhaust!! well the first exhaust place said that they can't fix the exhaust. then I took it to pineapple for a quote on racing beat headers and presilencer,(that's what got bent.) anyway at first the owner of the tire store seemed reasonable. he was willing to work with me, but he wanted to talk to the person who did the damage first. two days ago he said he would start to give me money on monday.
Now he wants to take it to a frame shop so they can bend it straight!! WTF should I let them do that? I want my exhaust to be right not bent then rebent!! what would you do? I'm tempted to take them to small claims court!! help!

Talk to him and tell him that the bendin of it back will proly mess it up even more and the only thing that will fix it is to get new ones. If after that he does not comply then get a lawyer. Like I suggested earlier.

Go with his first compromise. Get your money off him. Demand It, seeing how It was his first suggestion.

Let them bend it back. If the inside of the pipe is not completely smooth (like new) then tell them they are buying you a new one. Tell them that before it gets rebent.

I don't even think I want them to bend it. supposedly this frame guy works on race cars, but that means s***. I will take it to the original exhaust place and have them look the thing over again. I'm a student and don't have time for this right now, (finals week and all) they also want me to leave the car there for a day!! I don't trust them! I don't think I'm going to do it. I've worked with him enough. f*** him!!

Look at it from the legal aspect and make sure that there are no signs around the shop that say we are not responsable for any damage done or any recipt that you signed. If there is nothing like that sue them make them buy you a new exhaust, have some fun with this.
