should i get a mazda factory rebuilt tii

i need a new motor for my tii, what is a good price on a rebuild from the factory, i heard that the engines come with brand new housings, because used ones won't meet their requirements, is that true? my rear housing, rotor are shot anyway. i want to know if anyone have ahd good luck with the motors and/or bad luck and reasons for getting or not getting one from mazda.
thanks in advance.

I had a Mazda reman. in my TII previously to the engine in it now...it lasted a whopping 60K. I was less than pleased by this.
