Question Should I buy this???

I found a guy selling a garrett T4 turbo. I am right in the middle of a project build 87 rx7. I was wondering if you guys think this turbo would be a good fit for my build.

Turbo
This is what he says he read on the turbo itself and the measurments he took.

Exhaust Housing - .96 A/R
Compressor - .47 A/R
Internally wastegated
Exhaust 4"
Inlet 3.5"

My Build

13b 4 port
mild street port
FMIC
550/720 injectors
Rtek 2.1
255 fuel pump
3" exhaust

The turbo has little to no shaft play and he is willing to make me an isane deal on the turbo. Thank you in advance for your help, and again, this is all the info I have on the turbo.

Compressor housing is too small, and the internal wastegate won't help.

Looks like it may have come from a diesel?

But without wheel measurements, it's all just guessing.
