CA WTF is an exhaust sleeve?

ok so i was having an issue (and still am) with the 7. i posted the video on youtube and someone told me it was the exhaust sleeve. im not sure what it is or if its a part where the exhaust manifold goes. . . but here is what the dude said. . . .." The exhaust sleeve is an iron insert that goes in the exhaust port. The exhaust port is located about 1.5" under the 5th/6th port actuators. The sleeve is held in with 2 pins and sometimes the pins can break and cause the sleeve to come loose. It then rattles inside the exhaust port, it wont really hurt anything but it is annoying."

i think i know what hes talking about but im not sure... i need someone to reassure me please and TANKS!

Take of your exhaust manifold and you will see them there in your exhaust ports.

The only way to replace the roll pins is disassembling the motor so don't even bother.

It can. Should it or does it from the factory? no. How loud are you talking about? I would probably just live with it. You could get an exhaust that's louder than the rattle lol. But seriously, just pull the manifold and look in there, then you'll know if it's that. It could be your heat shield or something else rattling...
