Design fixed. I have 20.5" from both front and rear runners, while both keeping it within the heat shield and capable of bolting to the first pre-cat in the stock position.

Soon as mats get here, I can put electricity to metal and see how it works out.

My design is complete, but coming across short radius elbows for cheap is pretty difficult, even working for a manufacturing company. The original elbows I'd ordered, though being called "short radius", were actually nominal and too large so it wasn't going to work. Proper 2x2 short radius elbows each can cost up to 4 times as much as their nominal counterpart; it adds up very quickly.

I don't want it to be hokey, so it's gonna be done right. That just means it takes time and money, neither of which I've had excess in quite some time. Money matters just got worse after spending 3 days at my sons bedside in the PICU.
