I am sending my shortblock to banzai for a rebuild and Im just wondering if you guys can make sure im not missing any gaskets for when i have to reinstall the rest of the parts. so far i have a list of these that i think i need:

Upper intake manifold to Lower manifold Gasket
Intake manifold to engine gasket
Engine to exhaust manifold gasket
Exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe gasket
EGR Gasket
Down pipe to exhaust pipe gasket
Turbo to down pipe gasket




i assume banzai supplies these:

Oil metering pump O -ring (1)
Oil filter base O-rings (2)



What am i missing if anything?

i got the list off of rotary aviations gasket set...to make it simpler does this set have everything i need:

of course ill still need the turbo to dp gasket and the egr gasket

i just realized a couple of the metal ones can be reused...so that takes some dollars off

 

water pump housing gasket?

 

We supply the water pump housing to block gasket and the oil pedestal o-rings.

You will need gaskets for
LIM (+2 o-rings)
UIM
Turbo coolant feed
Turbo oil return
o-ring for OMP
Replacement crush washers for oil injectors ,oil cooler lines and turbo oil feed

You can reuse the exhaust manifold gasket if it is not torn/worn or you can replace it if you have the extra money.
