anyone know a good place to buy a short shifter for a '91 rx7? dont know why I cant find one I've check a few places

 

Get an ebay miata short shifter for like $50. I have one in my car. It's an s4 and I had to shave the little plastic part on the bottom and don't know if you have to do that on an s5.

Karack has a writeup in the archives that's very useful.

 

I've got the Mazdatrix shifter and it works fine. Their unit ain't cheap, but it comes with all new bushings and springs.
