shoes and a radiator question....
I wanted to know what type of shoes you guys usually werar when going to the track or are on the street tearing it up. last night i wasdriving practicing slipping my clutch and the room where the pedals are isnt too much ..maybe im doing it wrong ...? but i just had a pair of tennis shoes on and i only wear 8.5 shoe. I was just curious as ive never seen a topic(no im sorry i didnt seach) but also maybe b/c im doing something improperly as far as technique.... what do you guys think? also im in need of a radiator BAD!!!! but on my t2 you know where the lower radiator hose goes the outlet is for two hoses.. what do you guys do if you just order a universal aftermarket rad. I was thinking just cut as close to the old rad. as posible and use a piece of hose to connect.? I dont know what would be the best idea? any suggestions? thanks fellas.-Erik

dood its pretty simple and cheap get some vans OR if u wanna be a "bad ***" just rock the suzuka shoes from addidas at like pac-sun or fast fowards...ALSO puma makes varios versions of the ferrari shoe AND they make the williams F1 shoe....ur looking around 100 bucks for those kinds of shoes.....but i mean its cheaper than a pair of jordans!...LMAO but yea those shoes are thinner and they DO kinda help if ur driving a car that doesnt have alot of space for heal-toe or sumthing...but FC has plenty of room unlike the 240sx...ugh....lol

I rock teh Puma's 24/7: great for driving, good pedal feel. Not so great for everyday, I now have 2 gaping holes in the front inside of my right shoe... and I mean gaping. Look, I can see my sock right now, and they're black! (I'm such a nerd)

Stock size replacement radiators are not expensive... or do you mean an aftermarket upgrade radiator?

i mean buying one that has both exits on right side but doesnt come with the other outlet on the lower rad. hose part.btw the chucks i got are my best friend except for the fact theyre broke down like sanford and son.

for shoes, I wear these for driving...

^^^ future cats are very good shoes for driving and heel toe shifting. nice and thin so you can really feel those pedals. also, they have the rounded heel like many other motorsport shoes for the rolling action of your ankle.

^^^ the puma romas are also a nice shoe to wear, just because they are flat on the bottom and are light. comfortable for driving.
IMO, i like the feeling of puma shoes more than other shoes, especially tennis shoes. it is totally up to you, whatever feels best, like some people like driving without shoes at all, i can't stand driving without shoes.
