Shifting into 1st and 2nd is taking more effort
Lately, I've noticed it's more difficult to get into 1st or 2nd gear. There's a sound when I listen under the car that makes a random sound similar to a part of the exhaust near the front of the transmission making a light clunk against something. Or something in the front internal part of the tranny that sounds like it interrupts idle every few couple of seconds or so. My rpm at idle varies occasionally about 75-100 rpm - this coincides with the sound under the car.
Driving around is fine but 2nd gear seems to take more time and effort than it used to...3rd and up drop right in with no problem. First is just plain stiffer to get into gear.
(I had my clutch done about 2 years ago and have probably put 50k on it)

A shop I trust.
Redline MT-90 less than 25K miles ago.
ACT HD pressure plate, SR 9.5lb. flywheel, FD clutch disc, pilot/throwout bearing, (and I think some other bearing)
